Processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Delivery

Standard U.S. delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window, email support@zmzmlabs.com within 7 days. We'll replace it or refund it — your call.
