Unopened products

Return any unopened item within 30 days for a full refund. We'll email you a prepaid return label — no return shipping cost to you.

Opened supplements or skincare

Tried it and didn't love it? Email support@zmzmlabs.com within 30 days with your order number. We'll refund or replace it — no need to ship anything back.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or defective, send a photo to support@zmzmlabs.com within 7 days. We'll replace it at no cost.

How refunds work

Once approved, refunds post to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

EU customers

EU buyers have 14 days to request a return for any reason under EU consumer protection law. Same conditions as above.
